• What is included in the $1875:
  • Players fee for Cooperstown
  • Coaches fee for Cooperstown
  • Coaches travel expenses/per diem
• What is not included in the $1875:
  • Umpires â?? Each team will need to locate and provide one -- if you get one from NY area, cost will be less but sometimes hard to find. (there are actual websites that umpires market themselves for this event and have pricing all listed) There are many local GA umps who are always interested in going â?? perhaps you know someone?  Generally, the umpires will ask just for their travel expenses which generally are about $100/$125 (top end) per player.  Optional is giving the umpire something extra --- many choose to give them $250-$500 for the week extra ($25-$50 per player)
  • Pins â?? Pin trading is huge up there during the week.  These are optional but if you do them, they need designed and ordered. Approximate cost is anywhere from $75- $125 per player depending on the size and how many you get.  I would recommend 50-75 pins are enough.
  • Banners â?? each team should have a banner to carry through opening and closing ceremonies.  These shouldnâ??t be more than $100-$125 per banner.
  • Family expenses â?? family and player travel, housing, entertainment etc.
